Love Art, Love Jaffa

August 1, 2013

Jaffa (aka Yafo) is one of my favourite places to wander around, particularly the Old City. Every time I do, I discover another cobbled staircase or art gallery. Filled with boutique shops selling everything from clothes to art to jewellery, there are endless views to photograph and countless places to sketch.

So, it’s no surprise that Jaffa features again in part 2 of my series of watercolour pen sketches (previously in a multimedia piece). I’ve chosen the distinctive clock tower in Clock Square along with two views up the cobbled alleyways.

I had so many landmarks and compositions to choose from, I’m sure there will be more artwork of Jaffa in the future.
